I need something framed. Do I need to make an appointment?

       You never need an appointment. However, the best times and locations to discuss framing options and orders are as follows:

1 Office Way (Pope Avenue) Location:  Monday through Friday, 10-5 

45B Calhoun Street (Bluffton) Location: tuesday through Thursday 11-4

- Can you give framing price quotes over the phone?

       

       Our prices are based off of measurements and materials and labor time. Our ordering system will allow us to enter in measurements and basic materials to give you a ball- park estimate; but, we think it's best if you stop in and pick out what you really love to get a more accurate idea.

- How long will my frame job take to be completed?

​

     Our team works extremely hard to complete framing jobs within two weeks. However, occasionally materials are back ordered or arrive to our shop damaged, sometimes pushing back a completion date.

- Do you repair broken frames? 

​

     We can *possibly* repair your broken, wooden frame. It is best if you could bring it in to one of our locations and let us take a look. We can always re-mount your piece and/ or replace a damaged mat and broken glass.

- Do you frame custom mirrors?

​

    Yes, we can order you a mirror based on your desired size and frame it in your chosen moulding.

- Do you install art? 

​​

    We have excellent recommendations that provide delivery and installation services for whatever pieces you need. Please call us for details.
